This 5-story 20-unit luxury condominium in Beverly Hills was previously designed with inefficient townhouse units and a dated aesthetic. While maintaining the planning entitlements, Levin-Morris completely redesigned the project to create a contemporary look, with fewer, larger units in more efficient and intimate layout. The new, more efficient design resulted in a lower overall square footage, but with 4,500 square feet more internal unit area, thus substantially increasing building value. This resulted in better-designed, more marketable units, as well as a fully-equipped media theater, a gym, and other amenities. The upper-floor penthouses feature generous layouts and expansive view terraces.
